NCOC Circular For Grade IV to V Dear Parents and Students,  Asalam o Alikum,  As the Omicron variant spreads across the country and the world, the debate regarding  school closure is  once again at the forefront.  After the latest NCOC decision , we will be shifting to hybrid mode of learning from  Monday 24th January 2022. Grade 4 will come to school  in person on Monday, Wednesday whereas, Grade 5 will come to school in person on Tuesday, Thursday. On Friday, both classes will attend online classes on Google Meet. Teachers will upload asynchronous work on the days when students will stay home.  You can find your Time table for these hybrid classes in TIS General classroom. As a school, we are taking all the necessary precautions to make our school safer  by revising our SOPs. Along with  fully vaccinated staff, we encourage all parents to  get their  children aged 12-fully vaccinated as well.  Thank you for your understanding and support.  Wishing you health and happiness. Dawn Mock Spelling Bee Spelling Bee is an interactive learning program which cultivates self-confidence & autonomy amongst students – young and old. This year, The intellect School Girls campus held its 2nd Mock Dawn. Spelling Bee for students of class 5 to 9 on 20th January,2022. All of the nominated students participated enthusiastically, which was evident with the 100% attendance. MsRahima yousuf was the announcer with Ms.Samin sarfaraz and Ms Tahira Moin in attendance. Every student spelled the difficult words given according to their respecitive level with much poise; it was a close match indeed with more than half the teams making it to the knock-out round! Winners: After a tough nail-biting competition of 1 hour 20 minutes, the following winners were announced. Annual Sport Day 2022 January 22nd, school ground, the students of the Intellect School attended the annual sports competition with great enthusiasm this week. All the students were very much excited after all this was the time to enjoy beyond the studies. For the past one month all had been practicing and making them well and fit for the day. The event started with a heart touching recitation by Usman Naseer of grade 8 followed by a beautiful Nasheed by Humaid Rehmani.After the Walk Past, National Anthem and a note by the Principle, the red, blue, green and yellow houses of grade 4 and 5 set up a wonderful exhibition of a PT Display. Then Started the most awaited races: over the hurdle race ,bean bag race, hooping & Zig-Zag race, Snack novelty race wheel barrow race, leap frog race and 70m flat race. There was  an astounding display of taekwondo by the students of grade 6 in the course of races. It was simply astonishing to see ten years old smashing boards and breaking tiles with their bare fists. The students showed a great talent in all races. Not only the students but the fathers and teachers also raced to win the medals which added the extra joy to the event. Qirat & Hamd o Naat Competition 1443/2022 The Intellect School Girls’ Section hosted the Inter-class Qirat and Hamd-o-Naat Competition on 9th J’Sani 1443/13th January 2022, Thursday. Participants mesmerised the audience with their heartfelt recitation, MashaAllah. Ya Rabb, may our hearts be ever attached to you سبحانہ تعالٰی , your beloved, your obedience and with those whom you love. Help us do those deeds that bring us closer to you, Aameen. Nursery Celebrated Green Color Week Children of Nursery celebrated green color week. All the tiny tots of the nursery dressed up beautifully in green color clothes. The corridors were decorated with green color hangings like green cucumbers, green watermelon, green guavas, etc. The classroom boards were also decorated with green color cutouts. Students brought green vegetable baskets from home which were displayed in each class through which students learnt green vegetable names. They also did a shelling peas activity. The children also did the plantation activity and praised Allah for the beautiful nature around us. The celebrations continued with different art activities like coloring, painting, pasting etc. A lovely green week passed with enthusiasm and zeal. [robo-gallery id=”12654″]
